His experience includes reverse/forward triangular mergers, equity purchases and asset sales. He also advises private companies and investors in financing transactions, such as sales of preferred or common stock, company interests, convertible notes and SAFEs. In addition, Jose counsels private companies on formation and general corporate matters.
